Wasco Switches and Sensors

We design and manufacture our sensors for ultra high purity and highly corrosive environments found in next-generation semiconductor processing equipment. Rated for millions of cycles, our sensors have materials available that meet or exceed SEMI F20 (UHP) with a critical pitting temperature performance of > 35ºC. All switches, transducers, and gauges are helium leak tested to ≤ 1 x 10^(-9) std cc/sec Helium (per SEMI F1). 5Ra internal surface finish. Multiple fittings, connections, and customizable options are available.
