Sargent Metal is a third generation, family owned business providing customer metal fabrication solutions for over 45 years.
It is a company built on integrity and hard work. It is our desire to be the best metal fabricator in the southeast.
We are based in Anderson, SC where we call a 21 acre campus with an 80,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility home.
Over the years we've grown a lot but the values we were founded on are a part of every project we do today.
Today over 150 people are proud to call Sargent Metal home. From Punching to Assembly we are proud to serve customers in over 30 states and 3 countries.
Sargent Metal uses Trumpf laser cutting equipment for precision cutting to your exact specifications. Trumpf laser technology and reliability is industry leading and helps Sargent Metal meet your most stringent specifications. One 8000 kW fiber laser, two 5000 kW lasers, one 4000kW laser, and one TC6000 punch/laser combo provide capacity to meet customer demands. Our lasers are equipped with Liftmasters to automatically load and unload material for each laser. In addition, each laser is connected to our STOPA Storage and Retrieval System. This system provides automatic material handling to all the lasers. This also allows our lasers to run “lights out”.
Sargent Metal offers precision forming with a wide array of Trumpf and Amada press brakes. Off line programming and hydraulic tool clamping mean faster set-ups and quicker cycles. Please review our equipment list for more details on our press brakes.
Sargent Metal invested in a Trumpf Robotic Press Brake system which bending allows our Trumpf 5130 to run unattended. The BendMaster Robotic Arm solution specializes in automated small and large parts. Two person bend jobs can now be performed unattended!
We feature both MIG and TIG manual welding. Our welders are AWS and CWB certified. We weld many materials including aluminum, CRS, HRPO, galvaneal, stainless steel.
Sargent Metal has invested in robotic welders to meet customers’ needs with high volume, repetitive welding projects. These welders promote consistent and accurate welds. By incorporating robust fixturing, it also decreases set up time for each job.
