McClarin Plastics, LLC is an ISO 9001 certified company. This certification represents McClarin’s commitment to ensuring and maintaining acceptable levels of measurable quality in all of our products and services.
We thermoform materials such as ABS, polycarbonate, PETG, Styrene, TPO and PC/ABS and polyethylene. Our composite molding capabilities include open, closed, cold, and multi-cavity, as well as filament winding.
In addition to ISO certification, McClarin Plastics maintains an internal Quality Manual with comprehensive evidence of our ongoing commitment to improvement in every aspect of what we do. With Certified Composite Technicians (CCT’s) & a CCT Instructor on staff, Six Sigma Black Belt and Green Belt training, and a comprehensive program management system, our goal is to ensure continuous improvement in results for all of our employees, customers, and suppliers.
McClarin’s mechanical testing and molecular testing presents valuable information on materials that can effectively remove trial and error (within parameter) from our research development efforts.
From an experimental standpoint, mechanical testing also allows us to effectively bring to market new products, as well as ensure a certain level of product performance and consistency as desired by our customers. McClarin’s laboratory testing capabilities provide the opportunity to create a more comprehensive material property database, thus enabling us to analyze the behavior and character of a material scientifically. The goal of our laboratory testing of plastic materials is to determine what’s best for the customer in a specific application.
