High Speed CNC machined graphite electrodes provide an extremely accurate and stable medium to transfer graphite shape into steel, stainless, iron, or aluminum without the use of cutters. Electrode wear is minimized by use of a finisher electrode. Any impact of wear is further reduced by compensation in the spherical orbit.

Design/Engineering: Maumee Pattern Designers and Engineers create most of the tooling we manufacture using the same solid and surface modeling that Original Equipment Manufactures use. Designers create complex 3D models to satisfy the requirements of the Customer and Manufacturing.
