Quality American vacuum formed plastic manufacturers
Vacuum forming, which is a version of thermoforming and one of the oldest plastic forming methods, occurs when a sheet of plastic is heated and formed onto the surface of a single-surface mold by a vacuum. Only one side of the plastic sheet is shaped using the mold.
This process is typically used for larger products / parts at smaller production runs and is good for rapid prototyping. It allows for lower setup and design costs compared to higher-volume plastics manufacturing processes such as injection molding. Use of the vacuum forming method is common in many automotive components such as bumpers and door interiors, engine covers, parts for ATMs / kiosks, and plastic packaging.

Custom Manufacturing
Because of the cost and time required creating the molds or tooling of other plastics forming processes, many other processes such as injection molding can be cost prohibitive. For smaller runs of parts custom thermoforming can be a viable alternative. This is in part due to the fact that we can make molds from materials such as wood, fiberglass, and aluminum. Thin gauge thermoforming can provide...Read more

I stumbled on this name which I thought they underpriced. If you're buying from HugeDomains, great experience! If you're competing with them, they suck! Boooo!
Plastamet, Inc.
This allowed us to manufacture the mouth pieces in the most efficient manner possible. There was also an added step: after forming, each part required deflashing. This deflashing process ensured that each part was of the highest quality possible. In addition, parts were also subject to dimensional and visual inspections. In the end, we completed the entire quantity in just 4 weeks.
