Quality American stamping manufacturers
Stamping, also known as pressing, consists of using a pressing machine to form metals into desired shapes. Stamping is typically done on cold sheet metal, either in coil or blank form. The pressing machine uses a tool and die surface to execute the stamping process.
Stamping is used across many applications, including automotive, electronics, medical equipment, and telecommunications industries. It has lower tooling costs and a higher level of automation than other types of manufacturing processes, but the press machines are higher cost and there can be longer pre-production processes.
Need to find a supplier that specializes in stamping? Sourcing your product in America reduces your delivery times, costs, and environment impact. Use Mark1 to easily find & compare from over 3,500 US stamping manufacturers.
