Quality American shearing manufacturers
Shearing consists of cutting flat metal stock in straight lines. Typically, this is done to cut sheet stock into smaller sizes in preparation for additional manufacturing processes.
The metal stock is placed on a shearing machine between two blades, and the upper blade is forced downward with pressure onto the lower blade to cut the stock. This process uses similar principles to scissors cutting paper.
Need to find a supplier that specializes in shearing? Sourcing your product in America reduces your delivery times, costs, and environment impact. Use Mark1 to easily find & compare from over 2,000 US shearing manufacturers.

The FabriVision inspection scanner is used to verify punched and laser-cut parts during the first article process. This technology uses a laser beam to scan the flat parts coming off the punches or lasers and compares the scanned image of the part to the CAD file. A color-coded map is generated showing the variations between the CAD file and the part in increments of .002″. The machine software w...Read more
We try to seek methods and products, which support and protect our environment. One way we do this is by utilizing a powder coating system, which is an environmentally friendly method of painting and uses none of the caustic chemicals used in traditional wet painting. Additionally, the metals we use in the fabrication of our products, comes from factory-reclaimed metals with an average recycled ...Read more
