Quality American plastic extrusion manufacturers

Plastic extrusion occurs by heating material and forcing it through a die, which shapes the plastic into a continous shape that hardens during cooling. After the plastic material is cooled, these continuous linear products can be cut to length. The extrusion process is ideal when a variety of lengths of the same shape are needed. If multiple materials are needed to produce a product, then a co-extrusion process can be used.

This process enables manufacturers to efficiently produce a high volume of plastic with the same shape at different lengths while minimizing design and setup costs. Products produced via plastic extrusion include deck railings, drinking straws, industrial piping, medical device tubing, vinyl siding, and wire insulation.

Need to find an plastic extrusion supplier? Sourcing your product in America reduces your delivery times, costs, and environment impact. Use Mark1 to easily find & compare from over 700 US suppliers that specialize in plastics extrusion.

Seelye Acquisitions, Inc.

In 2001, we introduced our production welders the FC Series. These state-of-the-art welders offer users additional control and ease of use, along with the safety features that have become a Seelye trademark. Akron Gasket

Prior to starting AGAPE, David had spent 21 years at a local belt/hose distributor working his way up to a sales position. David noticed that while they did a few gaskets for their belt and hose customers, it was only a small value added service. The company he worked for was not really set up to make gaskets and therefore were not very good at it.
