Founded in 1984, Macrotron Systems, Inc. is a privately held corporation based in Fremont, California. The company provides an array of product realization solutions to high-tech industries. Our special strengths include concept to manufacturing capabilities from the initial idea to PCB layout design to prototyping/volume manufacturing to software content loading. Our state-of-the-art Fremont facility of 75,000 square feet features the latest in design, automated assembly and test equipment capable of supporting projects from New Product Introduction (NPI) to volume production. Our customer-base includes a diverse group of leading companies in telecommunications, networking, test instrumentation, medical products, government/military and more. Macrotron Systems, Inc. a leading semiconductor EMS company, has received its registration from UL ASR (Underwriters Laboratories) after they assessed the companies quality system and found it to be in compliance with ISO 9001:2015. ISO 9001 is a quality assurance model made up of 20 sets of quality system requirements. This model applies to organizations that design, develop, produce, install, and service products. ISO expects organizations to apply this model, and to meet these requirements, by developing a quality system.

Macrotron has a reputation for excellent pad printing services. As a value added service, we offer a complete in-house pad printing package, starting from in-house cliche etching to high quality finished printing on various types of surfaces. Premium inks, surface preparation techniques, custom equipment and proprietary processes assures quality printing on ABS, Acrylic, Nylon, Polymide, Polycarbonate, Polypropylene, Polystyrene, Stainless Steel, Plurethane and other surfaces along with many other unique materials. Our state-of-the-art production facility offers an advanced tooling and automation shop, an in-house art department, PMS color matching, cliche etching, and corona cleaning. Our customers' pad printing projects are produced in an environment where quality control is constantly monitored.
