Since our inception in 1977, Insul-Fab has been considered a premier converter of foams, fiberglass and plastics, using a wide array of state-of-the-art cutting and fabrication techniques.

Headquartered just outside of Dallas, Texas, Insul-Fab is a leading acoustic insulating products manufacturer and thermal insulation material distributor. Our products are used by manufacturers of air conditioning units, power generators, appliances, computers, commercial and military vehicles, aircraft and a wide variety of other commercial equipment.

With over 150 employees and three manufacturing plants in the United States and Mexico, Insul-Fab provides cost-effective insulating solutions to over 500 companies worldwide. We offer engineering, design, quality and production support from basic material selection to engineering the most critical form, fit and functional part requirements.

Through partnerships with global supply chain leaders such as 3M, Johns-Manville, Armacell, ITW Formex and others, Insul-Fab is able to design, prototype and supply custom solutions for noise reduction, thermal management, sealing and vibration dampening.

In addition to maintaining registration to International Quality Standards such as ISO 9001 and AS-9100, Insul-Fab complies with environmental standards including RoHS and REACH. We are also able to provide production part approval process (“PPAP”) and other quality documentation to the most exacting standards.

Each year, Insul-Fab makes significant capital investments in our production technologies to enhance our custom plastics machining capabilities, speed, precision, and quality.

But a fabricator is more than just equipment. Part design, prototyping, and production begin with our experienced team of engineers who design AutoCAD, Solidworks, and Master-Cam software.
