HESCO, Inc. utilizes pantographs, computerized rotary engraving machines, and laser engraving equipment to engrave and profile a variety of parts, from pipe organ stop keys to signage and industrial control panels. We offer a wide selection of engraving styles and formats using standard engraving fonts as well as "TrueType" fonts. We can also produce engraved logos from electronic graphic files or camera ready black and white artwork.

HESCO also provides assistance for the engineering development of new items with suggestions for part design and material selection. Furthermore, we can produce custom molds, either through use of our in-house tooling department, or in association with one of our outstanding tooling partners. When orders are complete, we can ship one box, one skid, or an entire truckload of parts, all manufactured to your demanding specifications.

HESCO, Inc. can laminate a variety of advertising and informational items including business cards, posters, programs, menus, and news articles up to a width of 24 inches. We traditionally use 5 mil laminating rolls to seal items front and back, although other thicknesses for production runs are available upon request. We can also laminate items such as car dealership registration cards in 20 mil, water proof vinyl.
