Emery serves as a contract supplier of precision machined parts to US and international corporations in the aerospace, aviation, electronics, heavy equipment, mass transit, nuclear, and telecom industries. We are experienced in working with a wide spectrum of materials including 300 and 400 series stainless steels, X750, Inconel®, Nitronic®, titanium, aircraft steels, tool steels and plastics. Many of the larger manufacturing facilities in the southeast rely on us to supply their tooling needs. In our complete tool and die shop, we offer you tool and gauge building services either as a stand-alone service or in conjunction with prototyping and production. Our tool builders also create products for two-piece aluminum beverage can industry.

Our staff is certified to the requirements of both ASNT and AWS to perform visual, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant and ultrasonic testing. Examples of equipment requiring these examinations are buildings, bridges, pumps, valves, various tanks including de-aerators, piping, pressure vessels, rotating machinery, and weldments.
