As the grandson of CRB founder, Charles Robert Baker, and son of Clyde Baker (President from 1976 to 2010), Brian Baker’s manufacturing industry experience is both deep and wide. A Clackamas High School graduate, Brian earned his undergraduate degree in Business from Southern Oregon University, entered the family business in 1992, and has been making third generation contributions ever since. In addition to being an expert in materials, processes and ever-emerging technologies, Brian is a dedicated husband, father and Timbers fan. When he’s not in the office, at home, or in the stadium, Brian likes to bike and enjoy the great northwest.
Camille Lamothe graduated from Southridge High School and went on to be a proud Portland State University School of Business graduate. With a degree in Supply and Logistics Management, she has been able to utilize her educational background in order to oversee the entire purchasing lifecycle at CRB. In her spare time, Camille enjoys roller blading, go-karting, and hosting friends and family.
We exist to make, and want to work with people who share our passion. We partner with many other organizations across the Pacific Northwest and the country to ensure our industry educates and develops talent, and then supports jobs at the local, state and federal level. "I'VE BEEN IN A LOT OF SHOPS, AND THIS IS COMFORTABLE. THE BUILDING IS CLEAN AND WELL-LIT, AND I LIKE THE PEOPLE I WORK WITH. I'VE HAD JOBS WHERE I SIT IN FRONT OF THE SAME MACHINE FOR SIX MONTHS WITHOUT LOOKING UP. WITH THE KIND OF WORK WE GET, THE SMALL-RUN JOBS, IT'S JUST NOT LIKE THAT HERE." - CRB MAKER SINCE 2008
